Password Recovery?

I recently recieved an email saying I had instigated the password recovery process for these forums. However, I haven't visited these forums in months! Should I be worried? Or is it just some silly *censored* typing my username in the 'forgot your password?' box?

It is probably someone else with a username close to yours, who lost his and used the recovery option.

 

But I do tend to give the benefit of the doubt in such things, so it may have been an idiot mucking about with things.
