File removed - Tactical Weapons Pack Merchant The fact you knew it was removed yet some how spoke to the author who gave you permission to upload when the original in in moderator review mode yet would not name him is suspicious enough to make it clear that you firstly more then likely did not get permission so lied about that as they would more then likely have told you about the original and secondly the only source to get it is a blacklisted site that is known to host copyrighted material and who "authors" do not want them re-uploading to the Nexus for obvious legal reasons.
