Load Order Help

[Tlz]

My load order was working great and I was using quite a few mods until I installed a couple new ones. Specifically Enclave Commander and Choose XP. I'm running the GOTY edition with all DLC (minus The Pitt) under Windows 7 x64. I'm patched to 1.7 and I use BOSS for FO3, FOSE, and FOMM. I modded with Oblivion for years so i'm not new to this. My load order is:

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Does anyone know if there is spreadsheet available? I know this is load order related as the game freezes (no CTD's which is rather strange versus Oblivion) at load screens only.
