In alchemy, the more Intellegence you have the better potions you make.

 

Is there a way to make it so Enchant has the same effect, not charge, but how much you can put into an item.

 

If such a plugin exists, which i doubt, please link me.

I don't think so the amount of enchantment a item can have is based on a value assigned to each item, the value for exquisite rings is 1200 or 2400 cant remember. personaly im quite disapointed with the stnd value for daedric weapons, given the nature of the weapons you would think you could put stronger effects on them.
