What are a good set of mods for me (sorry)

First I must apologise for this post I know I am really just being lazy but maybe someone will be willing to help anyway. I have just reinstalled oblivion with shivering isles (the goty release) because a friend of mine told me with mods oblivion is so much more than it was.

I did try to install 2 mods but both required something else so I thought I would say what I was after and if someone could be kind enough to suggest the files I need I would really appreciate it.

I want to install any patches or mods that will make the game less buggy and improve graphics.

I would like to extend classes or have new ones.

I would like to improve the faces of the chars.

I would like to add in new areas and quests.

I would also like cool items/armour/weapons etc.

I saw the dragon mod that looks cool (and anything similar which is cool)

I want it to be as easy as possible to add and remove as much as possible (some kind of tool?)

So that probably coveres everything there is so basically I want an improved oblivion in every way what mods would be good for me and in what order should i install them so they work?

Many many thanks

1: check the list of lists sticky

2:Just the Unofficial patches mostly, other mods fix gameplay things like guards, arrows, dieases, etc. If you want to know what I'm talking about search "Hear no evil", "denock arrow", and "vector" respectively

3:Ummm.... Race Balancing project? There aren't many mods that touch classes, and there's really no need to when custom ones are almost always best. Maybe you meant races, or birthsigns?

There is this WIP you might ant to check though

4: Tamriel NPCs revamped. Google it, I don't think it's on tesnexus.

5:Check this topic It contains two links to times where I listed my opinions about the mods on the TOQL.

6: armamentarium, or whatever it's called as well as overhaul mods and the like add lots of new items.

7: Theres a fire drake mod, it's a little pet dragon.... I think maybe the modder left though, sometimes they remove their mods when they do that.

8:OBMM? Oblivion mod manager?. Also you'll need Wrye Bash.

I would use the Unofficial Patches for sure, and also depending on you PC, for graphics either Qarls Texture Pack 3 or Qarls Texture Pack 2 Parallaxed. I would install COBL, Oscuros Oblivion Overhaul 1.33 (OOO) and the beta patch 1.34, as well as Marts Monster Mod for OOO. I also highly recommend Rens Guard Overhaul for a much more realistic Guard and Crime system. If your looking for more quest I recommend, Ruin Tails Tale, The Lost Spires, Heart of Dead, and The Gates to Asgard (I think I misspelled that) Episodes 1 and 2. All of these should greatly enhance Oblivion for you, and I add much more variety and diversity, as well as new areas and quests. If the UI bothers you either you the BTMod, or even better DarNified UI.
