Jetisnumberone
I saw this poster and, since suits exist in the game, thought it would be cool if someone would make a shirt and a pair of slacks for New Vegas, as the wasteland is probably hot and people who like formal wears should have to take their jackets off at some point. Thank you in advance. Edited May 25, 2014 by Jetisnumberone
dangman4ever
The slacks and tie are really easy to do. It's the shirt that's the problem. At least for me anyway. Louis from L4D wears that same outfit (probably where the artist took inspiration from). Tried to recreate it awhile ago but the shirt threw me off. Haven't found any in-game mesh that could be adapted like that.

I would imagine (from blatant ignorance) that you can select vertices and shrink the puffy-ness from the shirt and the tie.

Lemme see what I can do.

dangman4ever
Honestly haven't had much time to do anything involving that particular mod. It's honestly the texturing that's the issue for me.

Perhaps you could ask this guy for permission to use his textures: http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/53639/?

Hmmm...I prefer the look of the powder ganger shirt but the texture setup for that is very different from that of the General Oliver uniform that mod is based off of. Worth a try though.
