Kragenirs Death Quest troubles

Ok here's the deal, I installed Kragenirs Death Quest to check it out. Everything would have been fine except for the fact that now the npc's had no other talk menu options. So I disabled the mod. Only now the npc's don't have ANY chat options. Not even rumors. I deleted the mod and the problem persists.

 

Thing is. I don't know what happend. because from what I read I met all the requirements for the mod.
