Frequent CTDs

So a couple of days ago I bought the GOTY version of Oblivion because I missed playing it and thought after four years of not touching it I could probably give it a try again.

 

I got it installed fine, and installed a few mods as well. Initially they seemed to work fine after a brief bit of testing. Now, however, as I start actually playing the game for more than ten or twenty minutes at a time, Oblivion is CTDing all but constantly. The timing is completely random, and the areas of the crash are also completely random. I can get two crashes in pretty much the same area, but load up again and walk through as if nothing had happened. I can crash five minutes after starting, or almost 45, but I've never gotten past that. I can crash walking through a field and changing cells in the Imperial City and trying to save the game; I've gone through the entire Kvatch quest, Oblivion Gate included, without a hitch but have crashed riding away on a horse -- there isn't any rhyme or reason to any of it.

 

I use BOSS and Wrye Bash. My load order is:

I've installed the 4GB patch onto Oblivion.exe as well. If anyone could begin to point me in the right direction -- even tell me the smartest thing to do would be reinstall -- it would be appreciated.
