Sometimes there aren't many people online and they may not know the answer to your question, which was only posted yesterday. However, that picture is from Apachii's Heroes Store. Why not PM her or ask in the mods comment area where the tattoos and skin textures come from? As to your other thread and question I was going to help but I don't think I'll bother now.
