EGJason
I just don't get it, I had recently installed the "More Where that Came From" Mod and followed the instructions to the letter. Now, even after starting several new games, GNR has completely dissapeared! I get the GNR Radio Signal found, but when trying to tune into it, it's not there on the PipBoy! I have even tried doing the Favor for Three Dog, and still it doesn't work! WTH??? Anybody else having this problem, and if so, anyone have a fix? :wallbash: Local Newb,EGJason
roquefort
Does it work in in-game radios and jukeboxes even though you can't hear it in the pipboy? I found that problem with that mod -- it seems to play until one of the new tracks comes up, then shuts up, although radios/jukes continue most of the time. I think there might be a scripting or linking error in the mod, or some incompatibility with the original GNR logic (which is rather complicated with its announcements and intros). I personally got around it by installing the Sgt Rock companion mod. Sgt Rock plays GNR, so it's like having a floating radio with you as you travel around :D
EGJason
Yeah it works with in-game (non-pipboy) radios, but nothing on the pip-boy. However, the new tracks completely work in-game and everything. I shall try the Sgt. Rock tonight, and if that works (which it should) you have earned some Kudos! Thanks,EGJason
roquefort
Sgt Rock can be erratic in his performance, switching off the radio indoors for some reason, but he is generally more reliable than the pipboy radio (and a useful warrior companion).
