Hey people just got a laptop and thought id get my favourite game ever oblivion to test out these mod things for it there amzing just one question does the files like textures and that have to go in the textures folder in the oblivion area or can they go anywhere??

Yes, texture files must go into the texture folder, meshes must go in the meshes folder etc.

 

On a new install, you may not have mesh or texture folders. If it doesn't automatically create them when you install the mod, then just create them yourself in \data\textures and \data\meshes MUST be spelled that way.
