SupermutantgoesRAWR
This is the first time I've ever used mods so I'm probably making a stupid mistake. Everytime I download a mod and attempt to install it over Mod Manager, poof, it's not there.I try downloading it multiple times and each time, without fail, the mod is nowhere to be found. Can someone please help me? If it helps I'm trying to download the Lightsaber mod: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=4985

FadingCeiling
In the mod manager click package manager. Then click add new and find the archive you've downloaded (ie. ModName.7z) and select it. Let the package manager sort it out (I mean it might hang up for a bit looking like it's locked up but it isn't). Then click the mod in the package manager and click activate. Close the package manager window. Then in the main mod manager window click to activate the wanted mod (esm. and/or esp.). Then go change the binvalidateolderfiles to 1 (instead of 0) in your Fallout.INI.Apply archive invalidation.Click the Launch FOSE button in the mod manager.
