patch request for Better Bodies, Unique Features

I use Robert's Bodies, both genders, as well as Slof's Better Bodies, which is built on Robert's. After a little exploration, I also tried out Django's Unique Features. They mostly work together just fine, except for the khajiit female - the feet, left arm, and right chest are human, the rest of the body is normal. No other race or gender seems to be affected. It works perfectly if I remove BB, so it's not a problem with the mod itself. I'm not nearly skilled enough with the CS to fix it myself, so could someone please create a patch for this?

The two aren't inherently incompatible.

So, while using only Better Bodies your textures are all fine, but when putting Django's Unique Features ESP after Slof's BB ESP your female Khajiit revert to the bugged Vanilla Oblivion.esm settings, male and female using the same 'foot' texture, the male one, now covering the whole body?

 

There's no way only 'parts' of a bodypart can be affected, so what you're seeing, "feet", "left arm" and "right chest" being "human", is in fact a wrong texture used on the Robert's Female meshes, the "male/footmale.dds" (not to be mistaken with your male Khajiiti textures, "male/RTfootmale.dds", Robert introduced to avoid conflicts with other bodies) which is likely the Vanilla bodies' layout and UV mapping.

 

I think I know already what's wrong in the DUF ESP causing this ugly stock game bug to rear up its head again here, but I'll quickly recheck it myself to make sure.

If it is what I suspect though, this can be overcome by either swapping their places in load order (if BOSS doesn't disagree here) or proper use of Wrye Bash's bashed patch feature already.

 

 

edit: Ah, no, it seems to be way simpler than that even. Django's UF doesn't even have an ESP! It's a simple file overwrite conflict. Django's contains Exnem/HGEC texture replacements for Khajiit, inevitably messing up a Robert's Female setup on install. I wonder why it does to begin with, but that's not up to me to judge.

 

Now, if you simply replace the files "textures/characters/Khajiit/female/footfemale.dds" and "footfemale_n.dds" with the files from Robert's Female, your female Khajiiti will be all fine again.

If you don't like the male replacements from Django's either, you can of course replace those with Robert's Male's again as well.

Robert's Female file doesn't seem to have a footfemale.dds, only a male one. Which is odd; all of the other racial folders have female files, UF has female files, it's only the Robert's khajiit folder that doesn't. However, Better Bodies does have those foot files, so I'll try replacing the ones in UF with those...
