Starsickle
It always bothered me in both oblivion, Morrowind, and Fallout that once you hit it big, you had no use for money anymore. Weapons and items don't make much sense, so what about quests? Special deals? Property? "Services"? Would be nice. - I don't usually see mods that feature something so simple. Tony the Wookie
In my mod, I have my town that allows you to spend money upgradeing it You can pay the carpenter to fix up the buildings and stuff, and but different items for your house and around the town Still, you would eventually run out of stuff once the whole town is in good condition and you don't need any more than 12 machine gun turret bots on the wall and stuff like that... but that won't be done for a while though, for every hour of gameplay I add it takes about 10 hours of me working... MoneyBackGuarantee
Might I suggest looking up the mod called "Owned!". It allows you to shell out big bucks for basically every character-owned property in the game.
Starsickle
Nahhh. I've seen owned, but becoming a property manager isn't what I was thinking about as much as something you'd run into more commonly...For example, I'm not describing the features of OWNED as much as a bunch of feature OWNED couldn't have the time to implement - like full quests and contingencies and problems. Tony the Wookie
What exactly do you mean by full quests? Not that I am really near the point where I can be adding stuff like that to my mod or anything (my mod has nothing at all to do with OWNED), I am just curious what exactly you mean when you say "full quests and contingencies and problems." I am very much interested in the posibilities of expanding life in the Wasteland other than just linear storylines.
