Some NPCS lose dialogue and just say "Hey"

This isn't specific to just one mod, several others do this, but every NPC from the New Vegas Trade center has this issue, also, I' not sure if tthis is related, pretty sure it is though, some characters that have one liners and shouldn't open a dialogue window do open a dialogue, saying what they say, then closing straight after.

It's the sunglasses shipment merchant mod which is making most of the NPC's say hey and end the dialog. You need to go into FNVedit and open the Sunglasses Shipment - Merchant.esp, go into the dialog topic menu, find the 'hello' section and delete where it says 'Hey'.

i have the same iusse but when i talk to any npc it opens a dialogue box and on some importent npc it only says goodbye and then i cant do usts

Assuming you have looked at the comments on the download page and not found an answer, please start your own thread and provide ALL the information requested in the wiki "How to ask for help" article. As the uploader seems to be the author and is still active on Nexus but has not updated the mod first posted in 2011 in the last two years, most likely the problem is a mod conflict on your end.
