LE Requesting a personally designed sword that everyone could use

I've got a few MSPaint drawings of a few swords I came up with in my dungeons and dragons campaigns, and I would really like it if someone with experience with making weapons could help me here.

This is Halcyon Edge, a magick sword that has the ability to cut through just about anything short of what it's made of: Darksteel. (Steel Ingots, Dwarven Metal, Ebony Ingots, Quicksilver/Mithril Ingots, and Dragonbone)

 

It should be scaled in damage around a midrange of Ebony and Dragon weapon strength.

It should also be enchantable and upgradeable at a grindstone.

 

It's a onehanded sword.

 

Crafting Ingredients:
2 Ebony Ingot, 2 Steel Ingot, 1 Dwarven Metal Ingot, 1 Quicksilver Ingot, 1 Dragonbone, 2 Leather Strips, 1 Daedra Heart, 1 Void Salts, 1 Ruby (any quality)

 

It should be upgradeable with a Dragon Bone.

 

IF someone makes this for me, I would be very grateful. I'd love to see this thing in 3D.
