szupercso
Hey. I don't really like how vanilla oblivion handles the levelled creatures... I'm wondering if there's a mod that makes the monster levelling dynamic, so it will always spawn monsters scaled to the player's level (say -/+ 5 of the player's level) Example:The player is a level 10 mage, so he gets to meet random enemies near his level(7-13?). By dynamic I mean any type of monster, but their attributes being dynamic instead of static:For a level 9 player, example of possible enemy spawns:-A level 9 rat with 80 health-A level 11 rat with 85 health-A level 8 Dremora-A level 7 Nether Lich... So encountering a wolf won't make it simply a level 5 timber wolf on higher levels, but levelled to the player.(I'm trying really hard to explain the word dynamic because I've been misunderstood about this before.) I've tried searching several times but no success.
Vagrant0
I have a mod like that for my own personal use, however it doesn't affect NPCs, so may result in some issues at lower levels. It also ends up making all varieties of creatures available at all levels (ogres, dreughs, liches possible spawns at level 1), just with a minimum level or scaled around the player. Right now, it's a little bit too steep with some spawns, and is in need of some tweaking (which I havn't gone back to do). But if there is interest, I might be willing to spend a bit of time adjusting a few things, and adding some similar changes to bandits, guards, dremora. You may however need to fulfill a sort of beta testing role until everything can be sorted out though. I also have a mod which makes all types of equipment available, just with rarer appearance chances for good equipment, and extremely rare for the best stuff... If you're interested. Both were made simply so that I could have some sort of leveled list overhaul in place without all the extra clutter that OOO and Frans comes with. As well as providing variety of content for a low level character so I don't get too bored. Edited January 10, 2010 by Vagrant0
