I got linked to this forum off the main site, because there are some really awesome mods here. From the mods, I found more mods.. apparently people are coming up with custom hair, eyes, clothing and possibly even skintones?! I had no idea the game was so customizable. Look nicer than in my game. If I wasn't told specifically those screencaps were taken out of FO3, I'd have thought it was a different game entirely. Second, I'm wondering if there is a catalog of items somewhere.. somewhere that lists clearly what the available eyes, for example are, instead of me having to search for "eyes" and take everything related and unrelated that comes up. So the skintones are most likely not from vanilla resources. Most of us find the search engine to be more efficient than a catalogue. Catalogues are static while the database is continually changing. callistra Posted January 10, 2010 Author Share Posted January 10, 2010 Well, like when I searched for 'eyes' I got over 1000 hits and none on the first 5 pages were actually eye mods.. so, I'm wondering if there's a better way to search? If anyone knows where to find those specific changes, that'd be a nice place to start. ETA: I see that searching the forums here in the file subforum is not a productive way to go about things. Searching 'eyes' @ fallout3nexus.com yielded much fewer results. However, none of the options look anything like the eyes in those screencaps.. Try mod Categories When I typed "eyes" into the Name box that is just under File Search on the right side of that screen I got immediate results for eye retextures. Much fewer and more related results, but none of the mods shown in the screecaps, unfortunately. If it was the creator's images I could contact them but it was user uploaded images and the site does not tell who uploaded what so I have no way of knowing who to ask. ETA: Oh! The site DOES say who uploaded the images. I will try contacting the people directly, but if someone recognizes the content then please let me know.
