I have a similar problem but i can't even get to the files page it just won't load and i have windows 8. The weird thing is that it worked before.....

This is an NMM problem - not Skyrim

It seems that Chrome and Win8.1 have some incompatibility. Hopefully Google will fix it - as MS will refuse to fix it because it works in IE.
