Can I safely merge these mid-game?

These are a collection of one-area dungeons, with no dependencies, most downloaded here:

 

Bottomless Cavern

Ruins of Aeris Zul

Gift of Kynareth

Gaelendryl

Fort Krakatus

Fort Falkenshire

Fort Ferrion

 

I haven't entered any, yet. I've cleaned each with TES4Edit. As the title says, could I merge their ESPs (using TES4Gecko) and play them without any problems?

As long as they're self-contained, don't add any races, items, exteriors, interiors, or NPCs you've already seen within a game, there shouldn't be any major problem. Just make sure you don't save over a game made before merging, and that you disable the individual mods after merging.

Thanks. Merging has its hazards if one isn't careful, which is why I asked. I figure one more merge after this, that are not likely to be improved, such as Daggerfall Books, Chase Camera, Guild Ownership, Cities Alive at Night, etc. Not sure about these, but I have quite a few, and as there aren't any dependencies...

 

Well, I won't say "I don't see what could go wrong," because that's practically sticking a large blinking neon sign above my head saying STRIKE HERE. But we'll see. :)
