[request] Remove Sepia Tint Of Inventory / Containers?

I'm wondering whether anyone can create a mod (or whether anyone knows of a .ini tweak) to remove the sepia hue that appears over the background when either the inventory, menu or a container is opened.

 

I believe this should be possible, because I've noticed that opening the console whilst the inventory is open removes this tint, and it does not reappear when the console is closed.

 

Any help with this would be much appreciated.
