Fallout crashes after lauching FOSE from FOMM

My copy of fallout 3 (legit on newest patches) crashes as soon as i hit the launch FOSE (Fallout Script Extender) button in FOMM (Fallout Mod Manager)

 

Here is my load order directly from the export button:

I haven't tried FOOK myself nor do I have any of the DLC's but this caught my eye:

 

[X] FOOK2 - [EVE] Energy Visuals Enhanced.esp

 

But you don't have the EVE.esp installed.

 

I tried it but it still crashed on FOSE load, any other suggestions, or could it be more than one esp/m causing the problem, because it will launch through the script extender with only the Fallout.esm, the quest mods (a note easily missed [not so fast.esp], an evening with mister Manchester [heir apparent.esp] , to sleep- perchance to dream [into the deep woods.esp], a reasoned argument.esp, all the dlc's, and CALIBR, so that only leaves a few other mods, FOOK, and WMK, and i do have the FOIP (Fallout Interoperability Project) patches

Alright I'll save you some time, dump WMK an move on.

 

 

That's not even the same fook that it's FOIP'ing for (fallout interoperablity program) it's a override so using the two together won't crash, not that WMK ever worked with any other mod which changed lists, loot lists in particular. I met one guy that had 7 FOIP override mods just to get WMK to work. That one is probably Fook 1.6 FOIP, totally different mod than Fook2, Heck Fook2 is so big WMK could be built into it an you wouldn't even know.

 

However WMK is great, it's got a good feel, the fact is that last time I checked it didn't work with a lot of things, which means you either use it with selected things, or fix it with FO3edit. Which I even go look just in the faint hope the creator actually updated the mod over the last year.

 

 

It was nice mod back then that got a bad rap from the way it was made, and heck some of the meshes were poop. Just the fact that they are based off vanilla meshes, makes them poop that has been polished.

 

 

Back when Fook 1.6 was in it's prime WMK conflicted almost everything, Anything that was in the FOIP program did, it's because we all mod off the same base stuff. As we get better we start thinking about how well will this work with any other given mod. I think maybe WMK was so hard to make that it drove the creator mad, because I know it drives the players mad, which is why I dropped it from my installs 6 months ago or more.

What are these? I don't have them, never seen a rape victim, wouldn't care or notice if I did, Color Tranquility lane is pretty easy to sell if it's in the package of hey, there's one more mod I don't need that isn't loaded anymore.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Fook2 isn't perfect, it's a killer install, yeah just dump it in there.

 

I installed it after having a known good load order of about 60-70 mods, then I spent two days fixing it.

 

 

You'll want to look into web-ensized FO3edit by CSB, the 200 page guide shrinked down into a interactive interface.

 

You could fix the WMK issues with this. If you learn that you don't ever need FOIP.

 

Also you can load the whole load order with FO3edit, the crashes before load screen are dead giveaways to a messed up load order

 

which FO3edit will list which one is not loading, causing the terminal error fatal killer fisting you were getting.

Crash on save is corupted save games, never auto save, press ESC create new ones each time, never delete any until you are ready to delete them all, then if you add any mods on existing save games it's a risk you are taking, so I just get what I want an then run with if for a while, it has to be something like FOOK2 for it to be worth working into a load order.

 

 

 

 

 

If WMK hasn't been updated I can put the mad skillz on it maybe, it was a really good mod back when it came out, thick with loot, an stuff to do while your fisting raiders.
