I think "GNR - more where that came from" allows the addition of Songs. Be advised though, adding linking Park will hurl you out of the Fallout Experience like you're on a Trebuchet. Ok, but if i can, then how do i do it? You need to download the mod and follow the instructions. GNR Extended might be what you're looking for.
