Merging plugins

There are five of us working on the same mod. The mod is in its own worldspace. Now I'm tryig to merge all five esps into one esp using tes4gecko. First I tried using the merge plugins feature but it produced lots of duplicates since we all use same plugin. Then I tried using create patch and when I have the patch I applied the patch to one plugin. But when I opend the patched plugin in cs I got million errors saying: Cell (0000808b) Wilderness02 already exists at coord (0,0) Continue playing? If I click yes I get this: Error adding cell (0100ce6) to world space (0000003c). Cell will be destroyed. Then I checked with compare plugins feature and noticed that world space (0000003c) is Tamriel. But it shouldn't add anything to tamriel because this is in a new worldspace. What is the right way to merge plugins without getting duplicates?
