CALIBR causing CTD on start-up

Please forgive me if there is already another thread about this, I'm sorta new to the Nexus forum. I am a weapons freak when it comes to fallout mods but many of the best mods require CALIBR (Community Ammunition Library) I have downloaded the mod manually and followed the install process step-by-step but upon launching my game through NMM via the FOSE mode, the FOSE box appears in the upper left of my screen and the whole screen goes to black as it does prior to the opening credits and Bethesda logo but then it tells me that Fallout3 has stopped working! the game launches just fine so long as CALIBR is not installed/activated. I have even gone into the mod files properties to make sure it is not read-only nothing works if anyone has any advice or knows what the problem is please let me know, Thank you!
