Changing the statics on the armored vault suit

I am asking this mainly because I'm completely useless with the GECK. I've tried making armor before and it ended up..becoming a horrible mess.

 

The only things I wish to change are what it can be repaired by and what extra stats it gives

I wish for it to be repaired by all armors except power armor

and I want to add +15 or +20 AP and +1 Luck.

 

I don't know if this is a simple or a difficult task.

It's in Object Effect, which is under Game Effects. Look for MS03ClothingVaultSuitCombat. As for repairs, look in Form List, which is under Miscellaneous, for RepairVaultSuitArmored. Just drag all the armor types you want into it.
