More frequent messy kills?

I was wondering if there's a mod that makes the special death animations play more frequently. Not like, with every single killed enemy but 50-60% more chance of a finisher being shown would be great.

There's a mod named Forced Deathblow. Basically it lets your PCs perform the melee deathblow animations (a.k.a. messy kills).

 

There are 4 files there iirc. The first is to make every kill a deathblow, the 2nd is to perform a deathblow to yellow enemies, the 3rd is to deathblow yellow mobs and a higher chance for lesser mobs. The last however, is the complete opposite. You'll only perform deathblows on Real Boss Monsters (Ex. Ogres and High Dragon)
