crashing problem

as of right now it is just megaton... I can fast travel to any spot on the map, including rivet city which I was having problem with. Not now, its worked itself out or something.

 

Just megaton, and I have already updated the game, might need the DLC?

here is my load order ... The works fine no problem with any other place in the.. Megaton is the problem only.... started a brand new game and everything.
