Legion Jody Calls.

So, what started out as an attempt to build a fun lil mod with a "Training Camp" and a couple of Legion wilderness barracks has been pretty much sidelined for now... because I aimed too high and borked it. Gonna start it from scratch sooner or later. (probably later. Gotta lotta other things to sort out at the moment, including RL and stuffs - never fun) but for now I've chopped up my ESM and made a kinda "marching songs" plug in. (funny military Cadences, aka Jody Calls, aka "that thing they do in Stripes to that song..." for the uneducated) Example:

 

Legion Beans and Legion Gravy,

Man, I wish I'd joined the Navy.

or

Legion coffee,

S'posed to be fine,

Looks like muddy water,

Tastes like Turpentine.

 

are just about the tamest ones there. This part of the mod would obviously be rather adult themed - or maybe have 2 versions if I have the patience, as anyone who knows a few of these little poems would tell you. Some of them are real, some of them are edited to fit the world, some of them I've just plucked from the dark recesses of my mind (and believe me, it has plenty of those)

Anyways... not quite the finished version yet, but I have 2 questions for yas:

 

1; The Problem:

I've found a slight stumbling block. See, I can get the 2 liners to work fine as its less than 8 seconds of dialogue... no worries there. The longer ones (and therefore the better ones/most explicit ones/funniest ones imo) don't work. I can't chain the dialogue. (the guards aren't supposed to be saying these as they talk to you, just as they are wondering around otherwise, bingo, problem solved) but they just spurt out a random 8 sec clip from it... so two lines from the middle of a random Jody that don't make much sense. What the hell am I doing wrong?

 

2; The Request:

Suggestions from you lovely guys here at the Nexus for if I get this working. Or at least passably less buggy. Of course, full credits will be proffered. In the interest of the thread not getting blocked or deleted, PM me the "risque" ones. ;)
