RotWurm13
Okay, so I've installed GECK (which was a bit of a pain) because I needed it for several mods. I don't think some of them are working properly and I need to know how exactly I use GECK to activate mods. I have NVSE and I have it all properly setup and I also know how to use the "Data Files" tab on FNV launcher. Unless I've misunderstood, I apparently need to do something with GECK to get these mods running correctly.So... what the Hell do I do?
dangman4ever
Da heck? What mods are you talking about? Just to be clear, most mods don't require you to download and install the GECK in order to use the mods. The main exception to that is if you want to customize those mods to your liking. Or you talking about Fallout Mod Manager or Nexus Mod Manager? Those are the two programs you need to activate/manage mods.
EsvDefcon
You don't need to use the GECK to install mods to your game, it's for developing mods themselves, so unless you plan on making mods then you don't need it. Try installing the FOMM (Fallout Mod Manager), and downloading new mods through that. You can add existing mods to the manager by selecting "Add from file" and then selecting your archived (e.g. .7z) mod.
