Charge-based Stealth Boy

I realize I hardly ever use Stealth Boys because of how they can't be turned off until they wear off. Then I had an idea about Stealth Boys having charges, and having the ability to be turned on and off. You would have control over the usage of the Stealth Boy and it would be balanced. Is anybody up for something like this?
