Happens in any location, with anything (or nothing) going on, after minutes or hours of gameplay. My game is completely up to date according to Steam. I have all 3 DLCs, but not the official HD pack. Also, please list all mods you use which do not come with plugins, like texture or body replacers. Lastly, more details about your CTDs. Are they mostly 'outdoors' in the worldspace? (version 0.1.6.16) I have 2 unrecognized plugins:StaticMeshImprovementMod-DungeonsCliffsIceSkirts.esp CWIDawnDragonPatch.espBoth of these are at the end of my load order. My crashes mostly seem to happen in the exterior world. They used to happen a lot when I quick traveled, but that has abated somewhat since I turned off autosaves. Other than that, there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to when they happen. darklogrus Posted June 14, 2014 Share Posted June 14, 2014 A lot of people i talked to who had that MoD reported a huge increase in CTD including myself so I always just point it out just as a word of caution and something you can simply disable and see what happens. ripple Posted June 14, 2014 Share Posted June 14, 2014 1) You need to download Wrye Bash and generate a bashed patch. Those mods with 'bash tags suggestions' beside them require it. 2) If you are CTDing near the small towns and settlements, you might considering uninstall the 'Immersive..' town mods. They can add an additional stress to your game stability in those areas. 3) Try reducing the number of 'Immersive Patrol' plugins you use. spookymunky Posted June 16, 2014 Share Posted June 16, 2014 (edited) Sorry, but I honestly think this is a memory issue like darklogrus mentioned. Removing npc / creature mods is only a temporary fix really. You can test this by installing Memory blocks log .. if your memory usage for block 1 is over 200 when out and about then you have found the issue :smile:. check the vid darklogrus linked to fix it. Edit: By temporary fix I mean hmm, ok you have cleared up 10 or 20 meg or so from memblock 1.. as you continue to play and interact with the world that will get swallowed up in 5 hours or so hehe, complete guestimate :).. from my experience it will fill up though and you will be back to CTDs.. then you look at the next mod that adds exterior edits / npc / whateer hehe... have been down this slippery slope to the point where I was basically running vanilla skyrim ! :) As a side note, remember to rest till a full cell respawn occurs when adding / removing mods as severe as SIC.. by default this is 30 days I think.
