The width of the page post area on my current setup is 512 give or take a few pixels. When an image forces the frame beyond the right side of the screen it becomes annoying for many users to read a thread or access the thread controls.Here is your compelling image at 512 x 326 pixels.http://img692.imageshack.us/img692/3527/worldwoarzconceptart512.jpg It still conveys the intended message imho and will not cause page format changes If you make the image a hotlink as above users can view the image in the larger size if they wish.
