I really suck at compatybiling mods and after i downloaded a few from here, some of them crashes and some just didn't working. I don't know what use to sort order of loading mods and wchich should be 1st, sa i'm asking You guys. Could anybody test fallout 3 without any DLC with some of most interesting mods (without theese for drinking and sleeping) and tell me wchich one to download and what should be they're loading order ??I'm sure this topic would me of some use to other newbies or just people who just don't know this much about modding. I'm looking for any checked replies.

mechine
I think there's a new sorter named BOSS, search that on the nexus downloads. But it's not like that is going to fix all of your problems or anything. Using all the DLC while using all mods isn't a problem anymore. Which depends on how much effort you put into making a good clean build the right way. You can use the advanced search option search by user name "mechine" an see pretty much all my posts say the same thing. Here's the last one I did.... http://thenexusforums.com/index.php?showtopic=176550&hl which links to some of the things you'll need. Like QQ QA, or web-ensized FO3edit, tweekguide, an maybe even comming up with a gameplan. But some of my posts are better than others. Hence the advanced search by user option. Which you could use for all of the Great tech support folks user names. There's a lot of them better than I am at this. By compatibily mods I'm guessing you are meanning FOIP (fallout inter operability program) Which is a great idea, however generic override type compatibilty patches won't work for everyone, because there would be no way to factor in all of the possible combo's of mods in any one persons load order. Which is also why mod load order sorters don't work so well. There's just no way to cover every possible load order that would need sorting. Which each mod would also get updated from time to time meaning the sorter would have to be updated each time along with it. I'm afraid the only real way to do it is get in there an get your hands dirty with a good well thought out game plan.
