mechine
Most of the stuff is going to be from UFP (unofficial fallout patch) getting most of it's content overwriten by FWE, which both now get overwriten by MMM. What you have is some of the largest an most complex mods out there, and all running together, while no care or time was taken in the build itself. However it's not your thinking that has gotten you into trouble it's your method. Something like that could take a whole week to fix working everyday with FO3edit. But like 50% of the problems could be fixed in one hour by using FO3edit's merge patch an master update ability. The rest of the week would be fixing conflicts an making good choices on the whole load order, so that it's balanced to your needs. I get about 60-80 really simple tiny mods, which don't really even have that much content. Then I'll fix them, then I'll add in any complex or huge mod as a seperate job, so that I can focus on it. but you know that's after I get bored with the other 80 tiny mods. You need to have a plan. You could check this one, or just search my posts by the advanced search by user name "mechine" they pretty much all say the same thing. http://thenexusforums.com/index.php?showtopic=176550&hl
Echelon
@ ace992 - you have no merger patch esp- you need to use fo3edit to make one. learn how here: http://www.fookunity.com/forum/showthread.php?t=2058 - FWE-UFP support is built into the MM-FWE master release.esp so toggle that off. -PCB.esp causes crashes to my knowledge. -What is NAPA.esp? is it compatible with FWE/MMM? -make the changes and report back. Ok, I am creating the Merger Patch now. I will try with PCB disabled. NAPA is a armor mod but I didn't use it so I have deleted it.

mechine
You know you can avoid a lot more by building the load order a little at a time, working in the really huge stuff one at a time after you have played around for many many many hours. Then also spend an amount of time just getting a freshly installed an patched plus DLC vanilla game running really smooth, before the mods.
