[REQUEST] Tamriel Mass Transit... Trains?

Hi I was wondering if anyone could script a mod for a transit system of trains that connect all the major cities together. The idea came to me whilst playing LoZ:Spirit Tracks. I hate the game (but I must keep up my record for playing the games) but with some tweaking the aspects of the train idea could add better chances at revenue and a safer form of transportation for those of us that like to enjoy the scenery within the game. If at all possible here are my ideal features:

- Three different trains that run through Cyrodiil stopping at stations in Chorrol, Cheydinhal, Bruma, Bravil, Leawin, Skingrad, Imperial City (the station would be ideally placed near the town of Weye), and maybe some outposts or forts along the tracks that stop for an hour at each station and then head for the next destination at the predetermined time.

- Shipping Quests and Escort Quests for bold new engineers of Cyrodiil. The player's train would be composed of an engine a passenger car and a freight car (also a source for storing inventory items. Controlling the train would be simple: the train moves at 4 different settings (fast, slow, stop, and reverse), as you reach turns in the track you must choose to turn (depending on which direction the turn is) or to stay straight ahead. There should be at least a few side tracks that are available to the player so that they avoid deadly collisions with the "NPC" trains.

- For boarding you will have to save up for a ticket (which would act as a key to open a sliding door, not a teleport, to get on the train that would be consumed upon use) which would cost 100 - 300ish septims. Once on the train however you can access a food and drink merchant and may stay on for as long as you like (Once stopped you have a 5 minute time window to get off the train before the door closes again so I suppose you can "sneak" into the train).

I know it's a lot, but it'd be really cool just to sit back and actually see things around you and still be able to get where you're going without the fear of bandits, wolves, or minotaur, OH MY! I really don't expect to see this appear in two weeks or even two months, all I ask is that someone try and I'll take what looks best (if the train suddenly makes 45 degree angles when moving downhill then we have a problem). Well I'm out for tonight so T.T.F.N. (Ta-Ta For Now)!
