Face color problem in the chharacter creator

Hi!

 

Recently, I have got a strange face colour problem when trying to create a character of any of the human races. If I want a dark beard, moustache gotee etc. Nothing happends to the beard itself when I move the slider. But all of the face goes as dark as I have set the beard etc. I have reinstalled the game and removed a couple of the face mods I have got but no cigar. The elven races does'nt have this problem though.

Did you make sure they weren't any mod left-overs before reinstalling?

People will need your mod list in order to get even an idea of what all could be going wrong.

And not just load order and plugins/masterfiles, they'll need all mods you have installed which could possibly affect the races and the faces, also plugin-less ones.

What is the easiest way to make such a list?

If you're using wrye bash go to the tab "mods",then below the tab,right-click where it says "file" and then click "list mods..." . A new window will pop up showing you your load order,select em all,copy them and paste em.

If you're using OBMM,click on "import/export",then click on "view load order" and then copy and paste.

 

If you're not using either of them.....do so. :P :D
