Not everyone, but for some weapons: I think that getting a spree of Minigun bullets or a good ol´ fashioned shotgun shell in the face from close range would be fine, but come on... a head exploading and separating from the body if you hit it with a 10mm pistol? It's either 1.dismember only 2.explode only 3.no dismember or explode 4.normal These are not globals but set for each weapon type. Like if I make a full auto version of a pistol yeah explode only, but the semi auto is going to be no dismember or explode, unless it shoots a rather large bullet. Rifles are easy, most of them are of a very high velocity so explode only. I've never really looked into it, but for the weapons that have very high fire rates dismember maybe wouldn't be such a bad idea, which you could then use the normal setting letting the system decide. Most times it's the vanilla weapons that do it, so you kind of have to break the rules to fix it, normally we would never edit vanilla content without creating a new form ID for it, which will replace every one of those items with the edit you did, but cases like this, or like the Sat Com strike where they forgot to put a ingame name on it. I would think it's okay to do that. All you would really do is make the edit in one of your mods, or create a new plug in to do it. You could also search nexus downloads for a mod that changes all the vannilla gear to be more realistic. Which I'm sure someone has already made.
