Mmagus
Niiiiiice! I havent tried nightmare mode. One way of getting around the mods not showing up is to rescript the way that they are presented in the game. In other words if for example, say that the Black Templar Armor doesnt show up. It's possible to open up the erf files for the mod in the toolset and rescript it to allow the armor to show up on bodahn on the party camp. these almost always work for some reason.there's links in this thread I just found.... http://thenexusforums.com/index.php?showtopic=185414 Yeah, thats a lot of work tho. I'm gonna give it a try sometime when I have the time and see how it goes. I did have an alternate idea. Destroy the items that are showing frommy inventory on my first character) the uninstal the mod and reinstal it. **UPDATE: problem of missing Mods on new characters SOLVED** It is a bit of a process but here is what I did. 1. Destroy the item on all Characters that have it in their inventory.2. Save and exit the game.4. Un-Tic the mod in "Installed Items Tab"5. Close the Game6. Use DAModder to uninstall the mod in question7. Start the game. Load your FIRST character (not the new one) When you do it will prompt that you have to "force the load" due to the missing item.8. Once its loaded Save a NEW save and exit.9. Switch to your new character, load it, again you will have to force the load.10. Once its loaded Save a NEW save and exit.11. Install the mod using DAModder of a similar program.12. Both characters will now have the desired mod. WHEW!
DarkeWolf
hmmmm. very interesting. This could very well work. I've been noticing some "crossover" effects between my characters. Like for instance that my 2nd char has a glow around them from an item that my 1st toon has. This could very well be the cause, because the game already sees that item on the 1st character.I'll have to try it later and check that out! DarkeWolf
VERIFIED!!! This works!!! **UPDATE: problem of missing Mods on new characters SOLVED** It is a bit of a process but here is what I did. 1. My primary and my secondary characters both have the Black Templar armor and the Runic GW armor :) Where before, only my primary toon had those. AWESOME find! Kudos given! [Edit] Also wanna mention that I uninstalled and installed the mods using DAmodder. Got rid of that damned glow too, YES! [/edit]
