Returned to Oblivion, Need to MOD

Well after a long break I decided to play oblivion again. Since my pc's held together by super glue and gravity I'm playing on our new laptiop which isn't exactly built for gaming. But, it does play the same as my old pc does which is just fine for me.

 

I have OBMM and OBSE, SI and every official plugin and update that Bethesda released. Now I need Mods and I need help because I can't find the right ones. Maybe you guys can help me out?

 

I got the HGEC mod for the female NPC's of the game, to add a little immersion anyway(^.^). What I'm trying to find is a mod or omod that helps with all face and body textures so that when I edit my new character he doesn't look like a pouting fish with a stick up his Ahem. I'm an advanced enough user and in the process of creating my own character but I can't find anything that fixes the male textures. And if it does the neck seem is off color. If anyone could help and advise something please do.

 

Also, I'm editing a copied .dds of imperial head human or w/e to look like this guy Here and I was hoping someone had a tutorial or image indicating where the textures wrap and meet around the head.

 

If anyone has any advice or suggestions for mods or anything like that, please feel post :)

I was just wondering if/when you get that new head done, if you'd upload it to the nexus? That pic is pretty awesome, and we need more cool guys imo, rather than hot women.
