LE More Infiltration/Stealth Quest

I always thought skyrim was lacking in terms of actually stealthy quest, sure the thieves guild is out there but its quest were just plain boring. When i play a my crazy stealthy bad ass skyrim character it feels like i'm wasting my skills, i always long for a stealth quest that will give me a challenge or has different ways of approach like in oblivion. For instance the Oblivion dark brother hood missions had tons more diversity and multiple ways to approach or interesting ways to get kills. For instance the dark brother hoodmission where you attend a party and disguise yourself as a guest and have to kill the guest one at a time without them finding out its you. Now that was a f*#@en beast quest compared to the watered down stealth missions skyrim offers. So what i'm asking here is for simply a bad ass infiltration quest or quest line. For instance maybe a huge castle like castle valkihar that is surrounded by huge walls and gaurded heavily that you the player must use your wit and mastery of stealth to get in, maybe even make it a heist questline or something, i know what i'm asking for is kind of vague, but honestly i just want more interesting stealth/assassination/infiltration quest in skyrim because compared to oblivion its quite lacking in that department, cheers.
