Trouble with some mods...

I decided to try the Dimonized TYPE3 mod and other few mods, and I can´t seem to "activate" it, allow me to elaborate: I want to, using the GECK, create a "maid" in my Megaton house. I want to use the TYPE3 mod so she is able to use this maid suit. However, there are a few problems using them:

 

1_ Archive invalidation is off

2_ TYPE3 doesn´t work: I "prid" an NPC and type removeallitems, and nothing happens

3_ Even If that worked, the maid suit doesn´t appear in the game using the player.additem command. Funny thing is, when creating this maid in the GECK, the suit appears (after a few warnings, which can be seen here) (Top is the first, bottom the last). Using a mod called BODY CONTROL, I managed to use TYPE3... but the bodies are awfully "poligonal", to put it in a way (they don´t look anything like the screenshots, which show round breasts, for example). Even then, the head of the NPC always changes, to a "sluttier" version (the face is always the same, short hair and eyes with eyeliner) BEFORE BODY CONTROL. AFTER BODY CONTROL (NSFW)

 

Some info on my installation:

 

1_ I have the GOTY edition, from Steam

2_ I have the Project Beauty mod. I don´t think this is a problem, since I have tried using the TYPE3 mod before without the Project Beauty one

EDIT 2: TYPE3 is working now... but I can´t get the apparel to work (it still shows up on the GECK, and i can equip them to my NPCs, but still, in the actual game, the suits don´t appear
