Final steps, just a few questions about xp32/xp32 animation pack/immersive animations/skyproc

Hi, new here/new to skyrim/new to modding. I've searched everywhere for any topic that encompasses each mod I'm about to ask about in one conversation, but have had no luck.

I've got all the other things I want, installed and functioning properly. I've just now installed Ragdolls (Realistic) and my skin textures, ECE, whatever other stuff.

I'm not ready to learn MO or LOOT yet, and am working with NMM, SKSE, BOSS, FNIS, and TES5Edit. Remaining are:

1. XP32 skeleton

2. HDT

3. Bowlegged Jump Fix

4. XP32 New Animation Package

5. Dual Sheath Redux

6. SUM (is this necessary?)

I know not to install over my skeleton. I know to run skyproc patcher after Dual Sheath Redux. I know to run FNIS each time I activate a new animation. I DON'T know if any of the other things listed above (besides DSR) require a skyproc patch, and if they do, should I be downloading SUM right now? I would trial-and-error this myself, but this is the farthest I've gotten with everything else, and I am really hoping not to have to start all over (my understanding is that some of hte above items leave files/scripts/whatever behind, and so not as easy as some other mods for just clicking on/off/messing with load order). If anyone is super familiar with the installation of these things and can tell me if there's any overwriting to allow/avoid, any prompts/options to take or not take, whatever, I'd be very, very grateful.

My best guess is:

1. Install/Activate XP32 (1a. Overwriting ECE with the XP32 races slider or whatever it is? 1b. Anything else I should or shouldn't choose during on this step?)

2. Run FNIS (2a. Selecting only "Skeleton Arm Fix"?)

3. Install/Activate Bowlegged Jump Fix (as suggested by XP32 for better transition of Momo Acrobatic Backflip, which is included in New Animation Package)

4. FNIS again just for OCD's sake?

5. Install/Activate XP32 New Animation Package (Any options when installing this, and if so, anything I should or shouldn't choose?)

6. FNIS again (selecting all boxes EXCEPT "Horse Mounted Combat"?)

7. Install/Activate Dual Sheath Redux

8. Run Dual Sheath Redux Patch (.jar)

8. FNIS again

9. Load order is HDT, Skeleton, Body, and then all animation-related things after this, and skyproc patch after all of that (and as near to the end of the order as possible?)

10. Great success?

I'm sorry to ask so much, but I'd rather hope that someone really adept can just help me out with this, rather than pepper the forum/chat with a million questions/follow-ups/etc.

Thanks for any (knowldgeable) help at all.

Unfortunately I don't use HDT or ECE (I use chargen extension) so I can't say anything about those. Also I'm at work so I can't confirm all the options/tickboxes but here's what I can suggest from memory:

1. Install xp32 skeleton. IIRC there is are various options for Dual Sheath Redux. Choose which ones you want. I would overwrite ECE, but if everything looks borked, then I would reinstall.

2. Install xp32 new animation package.

3. Install bowlegged jump fix.

4. Install Dual Sheath Redux.

5. Install any Dual Sheath Redux weapon/shield packs.

6. Run FNIS. Select the boxes related to xp32's animations, skeleton arm fix, and dual sheath redux (if it exists, I can't remember). Based on the mods you mentioned, I think you would leave unticked the options for horse combat and female animation path.

7. If DSR is the only skyproccer you have, you run it now. I use SUM instead because I like to disable BOSS and I have to run multiple skyproccers.

Hopefully it works then. I highly suggest you learn Mod Organizer though. It's the bomb.

Fantastic.

Thank you so much for the response!

My only question is how sure you're feeling about running skyproc AFTER running FNIS instead of immediately following activation of DSR? My impression was that this was straight away the thing to do, but judging by your blind recall of all of that, I'll trust your judgment if you feel pretty sure about it.

Seriously, thanks again for the response.

Edit: Yeh I know I should learn it, and fully intend to...at this present phase of my life, I have all the concentration of a 3 year old and the same acuity to boot.
