meagermantis
I have been looking for a solution for DAYS with no luck, trying to solve this weird issue with DAO-Mod Manager: when i try to use it to create a.override file (i want an easy way to manage ALL of my mods, not just the dazips) i simply cant do so. i am on windows 8.1, and i have tried both the 1-9d (most recent) and the 1.9 releases (someone on the comment section of DAMM suggested it was a bug from the most recent releases). i have run DAMM as an administrator, and in compatability mode for xp, and xp service pack 3. to be more specific about my problem, it occurs when i enter the "override creator" tab within the program. i click the "new override packet" button at the top, name the packet, and then i get stuck: no matter what i do, i cannot put any files or folders into the program. it simply will not let me drag and drop anything into the "drop your files here" section. no matter which folder is selected in the menu, or which files i'm trying to add, it just will not accept the files. it gives me NO error message, or any response at all, except my cursor changing to the circle slash cursor. google has turned up nothing, i cant seem to find an answer on these forums either. and my usual go-to for help, reddit, was no help either. i'm really hoping somebody has figured out what the hell is going on with the program, so i can actually play these mods. thanks in advance. theskymoves
Does the field where you can't add files still say 'drop your files here'? IOW, does it correctly display to the three-columns-with-field-headers after you select the folder path under either modules or packages?
