Cohn
I have been having a problem with my sniper scope lately, I have recently come back to Fallout 3 after a 6 month hiatus (new install) and have this graphic when using the Sniper Rifle from vanilla: http://i284.photobucket.com/albums/ll6/OPw...reenShot0-1.jpg (Copy link, didn't want to clutter the forum) My resolution is 1582x864.Currently using the following mods in this load order:Fallout3.esm PointLookout.esmBrokenSteel.esmAnchorage.esmThePitt.esmZeta.esmAinzBeautifuleEyes.esp1PipboyPDA.espDCInteriors_ComboEdition.esmDarNifiedUIF3.espDUIF3Extras.espRemove That Glove.espRH_IRONSIGHTS.esmDK_BulletTime.espRH_IronSights_Elite_VanillaPlugin.espDisguises.espEssentialFollowers+Caravans.espbltc.espBLTC No Visual Effects.espBLTC No Overdosing.espNAPA.espNotSoFast.esp I have tried the game without any mods enabled with the same result (The DLC's were still enabled, however.) Help? Thanks. Vendetta IV
mechine
heh, I'd unpack the Scope01.nif an Scope01.dds that's a mesh an texture which is the scope. Just use FOMM to search the word scope in Meshes.bsa, and also in Textures.bsa. If you have two files selected when you unpack to the desktop it will create the data folders it needs in the right order. Then you can follow the order in your actual fallout 3 data folder, an see if there are any files there. Even if there are no files there you still want to unpack the vanilla ones (as that's the vanilla scope I see there). Sometimes unpacking the files from the .BSA fixes stuff. Cohn
All right, thanks. I'll try that and see if it works.
Delacroix
http://img58.imageshack.us/img58/559/fo3d0...hj7v08gekz8.jpg is something like what my zoom as looked like for years (well, year) now, have still been unable to find any solution to this issue, extracting the scope textures has no effect at all, even moded scope textures still act like this, with a very odd way of showing the scope, its like its running with 3 different resolutions at once.
