As far as I know it's focused on idle animations, but can be used for anything. It pretty much opens up a world of possibilities for modders, since the original game engine didn't allow us any freedom to add animations -- we could only replace them. You could, for instance, For mod users, it allow you to use mods that adds custom animations in interesting ways. It can probably do a lot more interesting stuff -- ask Fore.
