blaze1514 Posted June 4, 2014 Share Posted June 4, 2014 I was wondering if anyone could make an retexture of the Enclave officer hat. I was thinking that it would be cool to have the BOS emblem in place of the E emblem. I also think it would be cool to have other variants (Old US, NCR, Ranks, Vault boy, No-emblem) These other variants could come in different colors and effects.
