I do not want to explain the whole process here, but I do believe Borderlands is moddable at this time. I don't mean to advertise, but Ibotmodz.net would be a good place to ask. Beady Posted June 6, 2010 Share Posted June 6, 2010 I can't get weapons to work using the save editor though, they always just disappear from my inventory. And I so wanted a fully automatic rocket launcher that fires smiley faces.In one of the most recent patches they made it so that any 'invalid' items are automatically deleted. You can still make some pretty awesome guns, but you can't mix-n-match gun parts. You can only use parts from the correct gun type (pistol parts only work on pistols, etc).
