Borderlands modding

To mod XBOX Borderlands you need a Transfer Cable. You will not get banned. They only get pissed about gamerscore hacking, piracy and the like.

Modding the 360 isn't very easy, if you are just beginning. I do not want to explain the whole process here, but I do believe Borderlands is moddable at this time. I don't mean to advertise, but Ibotmodz.net would be a good place to ask.

In one of the most recent patches they made it so that any 'invalid' items are automatically deleted. You can still make some pretty awesome guns, but you can't mix-n-match gun parts. You can only use parts from the correct gun type (pistol parts only work on pistols, etc).
