i discovered it was a limit in companions (use CM)

but...........i only use them as servant or bodyguards in my different homes(or to harvest),then i need ........more,like no limit

One solution would be to use some other non-CM companion mods. There are quite a few of them.

 

If you are a bit of a modder, you can place all the NPCs you want in your various homes to be servants, bodyguards, and farm laborers. They would not necessarily have to have the complex AI and scripting of a questing companion. (If your homes reside in different mods, you would have to mod multiple mods.)
