Getting Mod onto Fallout 3? What am i Doing wrong? Please Help

Okay, so i was going to get the 20000 caps mod on my fo3 (PC) Right? So heres what i did.

1. I Downloaded the 20000 Caps File.

2. I Highlighted all the Stuff in it and copied it into my Fallout 3 File

3. I Went on Fallout, Clicked Data Files and only saw Fallout 3.

4. I Went to my house locked in megaton and there was nothing in there?

 

What am i doing wrong?

if i am can you tell me how to do it right?

When you say "highlighted the stuff", what do you mean by that?

 

If it's a "Data" folder, you need to drop that into your FO3 installation directory (there will already be a Data folder there. when it asks if you want to overwrite, say yes.). If it's a .esp file and/or a textures/meshes/sounds folder, you need to highlight all of those and drop them in your Fallout 3/Data folder. Again, when it asks to overwrite, say yes.

Generally, install instructions are included on the mod's download page or the mod's readme file, often times both. Be sure to read them.
